pretty sure you got a defective one dude, go back to wherever you got it from and get a replacement if you can.

I recently got a N97mini and I am very dissapointed with it. The battery is the main problem. I charged my phone for about 9 hours overnight last night and my battery was dead before I got home from work today. It is sickening. Although I got the phone for free, I signed up for a 24 month contract because I thought I was getting a top quality product. The phone also occasionally switches itself off randomly. And, the touch screen is not very responsive, All I can say is, don’t buy this phone.

N97 mini is the way forward!

theyre basically the same there are almost no differences but one of the differences is that n97 (normal) has got 32gb and mini has got 8gb of internal memory, still n97 mini’s ram is better than n97 normal.

in my opinion i prefer n97 mini…

its a little smaler ( i dont like huge phones) and i think that its more cooler and its more lighter, and it has got more space in the keybord.

Well, I dont think so, I think there is like handwriting recogntion technology built into it I THINK but Im not so sure on that one. I never use any keyboard on the screen, just used the QWERTY one, for two weeks, then I sold it as I got too fed up with it

Touchscreen isnt the best at all,.. It lags too much for my liking, the Jet has a better touch screen interface for me, but Im not a buisness user. Th annoying noises? Well there is a kinda shaking noise, but most annoyingly, when you put the screen up to unveil the keyboard, theres an annoying plastic sound, I know its made of excellent metals, but there still is a cheap feel to the phone…I don’t know what to suggest. I had an Experia X1 which is a good phone, but I didnt like the Windows OS

I **** the N97 mini with a passion… When you put it on a surface, because of the camera dynamics, the phone will shake on the surface, I know its small buts ITS SO FUCKING ANNOYING!!
