Guardians of the Galaxy 3 alias GOTG 3 is the latest MCU film that will be released in 2023. James Gunn returns to work on the film. But apart from directing, James Gunn also wrote the script for the film. It means, Guardians of the Galaxy 3 became Gunn’s third film in the MCU, after before he successfully worked on the first and second films. Well, geeks, the third film will be the closing film of the adventures of the Guardians in the MCU.
The film will feature a row of old cast members such as Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Pom Klementieff, and Karen Gillan. In addition to the old cast, the film will also feature new actors such as Will Poulter who will play Adam Warlock. In addition to Will Poulter, there will be many more new actors who will appear in the film. One of them is a star The Suicide Squad.
New Characters in GOTG 3
Recently, Deadline reported that actress Daniela Melchior who plays Ratcatcher-2 in The Suicide Squad will join the rest of the cast in the film Guardians of the Galaxy 3. It is still unknown what character Melchior will play, but it is reported that Melchior’s role is only slightly. Previously, many had speculated that Melchior would play Moondragon, but Gunn denied this.
Most likely, Melchior will play the character Phyla-Vell. In the comics, Phyla-Vell is an “artificial” descendant of Captain Mar-Vell. But maybe when in the MCU later, its origins will be told differently. Phyla-Vell herself is also a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy in the comics, and has gone on several major missions together, before finally joining another team.
